Nicola & Stephen’s Wedding: 31 May 2019.

I often get asked by brides, what if it rains on my wedding day? Well, as someone who had rain on our own wedding day, I’d say… yes it suck, but there’s absolutely no way in this world you have any control over, or can change the weather on your wedding day, so you might as well make your peace with it and get on with enjoying your wedding day. Plan for the worst, get yourself some wellies, funky coloured umbrellas and embrace the weather.

It’s been a fairly wet summer up in the Highlands so far, but no amount of rain could get in the way of Nicola & Stephen having a superb wedding day at the Kingsmills Hotel! We did an engagement shoot with Nicola and Stephen last year, and couldn’t wait for their wedding day to get more photos of them.

Nicola had a great team behind her to make this wedding come together.. with Hair Stylist Suzanne Mcmahon and Makeup Artist Caelin Reid who did a great job of hair & makeup, the stunning Rebecca Ingram Wedding gown Nicola chose from Wedding Belles of Alness, to Evas Chair Covers and Black Orcid Events who was responsible for Lighting & Décor at the reception. A beautiful themed wedding from start to finish.
