Fern & Samuel’s Wedding: 25th May 2019.
Fern (and Sammy 😉 ) did a great job as organising and planning their wedding at the Kingsmills Hotel with great attention to detail, and anyone who knows me, know, I simply loveeeee shooting wedding details. There certainly was no shortage of wedding details (or rain for that matter) at this wedding, but no amount of rain could put a damper on Fern & Samuel’s wedding at the Kingsmills Hotel, they simply embraced it and had a super day!
Fern’s brother walked her down the wedding aisle at St Mary’s Church, with Fern wearing a stunning Mori Lee wedding gown from Sarah Louise bridal! After the ceremony they were greeted outside of church by friends & family in a flurry of confetti. For a very brief moment, the rain stopped and we got a few quick bridal party shots with the Inverness Castle in the background before the heavens opened again.
Back at the Kingsmills Hotel, the trees provided a welcome cover from the rain with some soft light which is great for wedding portraits. The reception was beautifully dressed by Eva’s Covers and floral arrangements from the very talented Floral Elegance by Nikki Roberts. Evening entertainment was in the hands of Cruise Wedding Band who assured all the feet were moving to the tunes on the dans floor.
