Engagement Shoot: Nicola & Stephen

Nicola & Stephen’s Engagement: June 2018.

What better way to get to know each other (photographer and bride & groom to-be), than an engagement shoot. And it couldn’t be more true with Nicola & Stephen. I first met this lovely couple from Wick, at the Kingsmills Wedding Open Day and knew we’d get on like a house on fire from the get go. After they decided to book Captivating Photography as their wedding photographer, we setup an engagement shoot.

Chris stumbled across the location on a walk a few weeks ago, and since I’ve seen it, was dying to do a shoot there. Nicola was quite open to this secret engagement locations and fully trusted me with the last minute suggestion. Both Nicola & Stephen was blown away by the beautiful views over Inverness. To be honest, for me, Nicola’s beautiful smile and obvious love for Stephen, trumped the views. Can’t wait to shoot their wedding at the Kingsmills Hotel next May.
