It’s not been a great season for Scottish Skiing, but who could have asked for a better day for the Ski Scotland Snowfest at Nevis Range! A stunning day for fun on the slopes with TSA making some demo gear available to take out for a slide.
Activities started with a Mass descent down to the Snowgoose Restaurant, where skiers were greeted by a piper and a mini hot chocolate. Soon to follow a demo from the SARDA rescue dog team (very impressive by the way, if I ever go missing, I’d want these dogs on the case), not forgetting Juno, the Patrol puppy who also made his appearance and showed everyone how his training was going. I couldn’t resist the snow sculpting competition, turns out making snow angles doesn’t quite cut and landed my self a solid last place 🙁 Feeling very sorry for myself, we took to the slopes for a few runs of spring skiing.
Enjoy a few of the shoot’s highlights, and don’t forget to leave your comments below…
